Returning or Exchanging
At Echora we understand that sometimes your purchase might need to be returned for a size change or other reason. We strive to make sure that you end up with exactly the right thing!
If you purchase something either in store or online, we accept returns:
- if it's received by us within 30 days of your purchase
- if it's in original brand new condition with tags attached. The item can't have been washed, altered, worn or stored in a way that affects its new condition
- if we can identify that your purchase was made at our store, either by receiving the receipt (preferable), or checking under your name in our computer system
- if it's a body/beauty product unfortunately we can't accept returns for health and hygiene reasons
Please follow the following process:
1. contact us first at info@echora.com.au to let us know you'd like to return or exchange a product by post, or you can return or exchange an item in store
2. we will reply by email with instructions on how to return the item
3. return the product in the satchel which we delivered it in, or another appropriately secure package
4. include your receipt with the product in the return satchel
5. email us the tracking number so we can track your return when we receive it we will check that it is in original brand new condition and process the refund or exchange.
6. any funds will go to the card you used for your purchase we will email confirmation of the refund or exchange including any new postage details
