Naturally Scented Candle
MELIS naturally scented candles are available in four divine fragrances – Summer Rose, Sensual Spice, Deep Woods and Vanillin Myrtle.
- Our Sensual Spice candle has a heart of rose geranium and ylang ylang with supplementary notes of lime and spice to infuse your room with a sensual atmosphere of harmony and inspiration.
- Summer Rose incites a peaceful, loving and joyous atmosphere with its pretty aromas of rose, lavender and citrus. It has calming and relaxing properties and recommended in the bedroom to aid a good night’s sleep.
- Deep Woods is a sophisticated and woody fragrance derived from fresh fir needle, rosemary, grapefruit, patchouli and cedarwood. It has both grounding and cleansing properties.
- Vanillin Myrtle is an uplifting, comforting fragrance with medicinal native lemon myrtle, vibrant mandarin and warm sweet natural vanilla.
MELIS candles are made in small batches, hand-poured using 100% natural deluxe soy wax and 100% natural essential oils and aromatic botanicals. Burn time is approximately 55-66 hours and the vessel is dishwasher safe should you wish to re-purpose it after its candle life.
Our ceramic candle vessels are a matt textured natural finish and at full weight are 300g.

How to get the most out of your candle:
For the first burn, keep the candle alight long enough to create a wax pool that covers the surface of the candle, usually around 2 – 3 hours. This will extend the life and your enjoyment of the candle. For subsequent burns, keep the wick trimmed to 6mm before lighting.
Candle Base Ingredients: Hydrogenated soy bean oil (Soy Wax), Isopropyl Myristate. No artificial fragrances or colours, paraffin free.
Summer Rose fragrance ingredients: Pelargonium roseum (Rose Geranium) leaf oil, Citrus tangerina (Tangerine) peel oil, Boswellia carteri (Frankincense) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower extract, Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage) oil
Deep Woods fragrance ingredients: Pogostemon cablin oil (Patchouli), Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) seed oil, Abies sibirica oil (Fir Needle), Juniperus virginiana oil (Cedarwood oil), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) flower oil, Betula pendula roth (Birch Tar)
